This Privacy Policy explains how AmpedUpSites (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use the Service.

- Account and contact details (name, email, phone, business details, and support communications).
- Billing information (billing contact details and subscription status). Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe), and we do not store full card numbers.
- Website and onboarding inputs (your service area, services, business hours, and other details needed to build and manage your website).
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage data (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate device/browser details, and logs for security and troubleshooting).
- Cookies and similar technologies used for essential functionality and analytics.
1.3 Public business information (prospects and outreach)
We may collect and use publicly available business information (for example, business listings and publicly available websites) for lead research, outreach, and to build demonstrations of our Service. We do not claim affiliation with any listing provider.
2. Analytics and Advertising
- Matomo: we use Matomo for analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve performance and usability.
- Meta Pixel: we use Meta Pixel for measurement and retargeting related to our marketing campaigns.
You may be able to limit some tracking through your browser settings and device controls. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including building and managing websites for your business).
- Process subscriptions and payments, and provide billing support.
- Send service-related messages (e.g., account, billing, and system notices).
- Send transactional SMS notifications when you opt in (see Messaging Terms).
- Monitor and improve the Service, including performance, security, and fraud prevention.
- Conduct outreach and marketing activities and measure results.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., payment processing, SMS/telephony, analytics, and infrastructure).
- Professional advisors (e.g., lawyers, accountants) as needed.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain certain records for longer where required for accounting, security, or compliance.
6. Your Choices
- Marketing emails: you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
- SMS: you can opt out by replying STOP to eligible messages (see Messaging Terms).
- Access and deletion requests: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

We are based in Ontario, Canada and may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where we or our service providers operate.
